some test taking tips last minute

I’m writing an exam in an hour, please wish me luck
Any last minute tips against test anxiety?

    4) Get your environment in order. Take all the time you need.
    5) Procrastinate and go as slow as you can for the next hour, just fart around as much as you can.

    The brain + body that’s tense, will hold onto the memories you need for the test taking. But if you’re relaxed, body and mind, your sense of time slowed down… the thoughts will flow better.
  • Kenneth Udut And by environment, that includes, your body. Are your clothes too tight? Too loose? Uncomfortable? Basic stuff – bathroom? It’s not a waste if you’re in the bathroom for a 1/2 hour just … breathing and relaxing and getting calm. I’ve done it. Breath in for 6 seconds, hold it for 6 seconds, breath out for 6 seconds. It helps.
  • Kenneth Udut Taking a test is like going up on stage for a performance, and you’ll have all the same kinds of anxieties performers have. I believe you’ll do well.
