I don’t think he does, at least not for show. From what I could piece together, back in the mid 1990s, some student fans not only gave him a Mac but also some expensive video editing software and he them all well, giving a few reviews of them and the processes he was following. He even designed his own font.
But judging his homepage, Wiz-World (not updated since 2005 it seems), there’s little comments here and there that he sees himself as passing on the torch to today’s generations, and sees himself as the old realm of film.
But he answers phone calls and talks to anybody. Still looking for the perfect woman. He’s been taking care of his mother – not sure if she’s still alive or not but he seems social enough to people who reach out to him.
From 2001, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KiY6DhosssU – shows that, at least when he was in his 50s, he was definitely full of energy and he’s done a lot of world traveling, but mostly he’s exactly the guy you see on the film.
