Indeed – and good point with that. I approach people as “future friends”. Online since ’89 so lots and lots and lots of practice dealing with a diverse set of personality types, groupthinking and such. I see the patterns of others and my own patterns and love the interplay of them all.
When it comes to trolls, I treat them as future friends, and give them the game they want. I just don’t play it the way they play tongue emoticon
