Should things get flipped come mid December, a lot of people will be upset but I don’t think it’ll be at quite this magnitude. More single events but less organization.

Considering the echo chamber effect between the two parties, protesting seemed inevitable either way.

I was expecting it to be Trump supporters chanting “lock her up” but instead it’s “Not My President”.

Same thing though, although with a Clinton win, I expected a few black churches burned down and some molotav cocktails and lots of complaining on the internet, but nothing like these massive marches.

Should things get flipped come mid December, a lot of people will be upset but I don’t think it’ll be at quite this magnitude. More single events but less organization.

Oh of course. But since he started his campaign, people in positions of responsibility have felt more free to speak their mind in inappropriate places, likely taking their cue from him somewhat. After all, if the guy they want for President can do it – and now if the President-elect can do it, well, so can they.

But – they can’t. Even if he wins, I doubt they’ll be able to then either. It’s the old story “just cause dad does it, doesn’t mean you kids can do it too”.
