sensations come at us all of the time. science drawings almost always show us a side or top down view but rarely a frontal view. Art shows frontal view.

I do it as a survival mechanism to combat ADHD. However, it can sometimes turn into analysis paralysis or a “house of mirrors” sensation which is what can happen if one peers into one’s own consciousness and treats it like a labyrinth.
But usually a combined awareness of self and environment — a kind of aware but melting too sensation is helpful.

dunno. I often thought it must be the polar opposite of gravity. Light vs heavy, light vs dark (black hole). Seems to match up.

It’s a combo of electricity and magnetism, it’s spiral , they can pile up inside of one another, we use their max speed as a point to hang Time off of, electrons eat photons and spit out photons back at our eyeballs… whole process is weird.
