^Ran around the house 20 times. Well, ran around about 6 times, walked quickly 12 times, sprinted really quickly twice. Got company for 2 of the runs, then on my own again. I may look silly doing it, but if it improves the health of my heart then it's the right thing to do. Plus its more interesting than a treadmill.^
