Awesome! it’s working. I found this https://github.com/NSchrading/redditDataExtractor – lets you select either users or subreddits. It’s downloading in JSON format (yuck because I don’t work in JSON unless I have to) but data is data. A quick search/replace across the text files and it’ll be in a format I like working in. Thank you
after downloading them, I realized I’m better off going through the Reddit [I had some nutty idea that “Oh, I can get ALL the links from the subreddit, rig up something where I can grab screenshots of ALL of the sites and put together a gallery of “interesting sites to visit”… and then thought “wait… that’s what Reddit is already doing. Stop. Just stop and use their site”.
