Progressive Libertarianism I don’t believe so. here’s why: The reason the boy made a sloppy left hand turn, is because he felt that he was being pursued by the police. was the police car pursuing him from the gas pump up to the corner? or did he coincidently be behind him? there was no reason to pursue him from the gas pump to the corner. he did nothing wrong in his bike riding. he made a sloppy left hand turn, and the police car was right behind him. was the police car pursuing him at that point for the sloppy left hand turn? what if the police car ignored the sloppy left hand turn, realized the boy was spooked by the cruiser so close behind him, and backed off?
