Pressure cookers are amazing though. But it’s basically “steamed EVERYTHING” while still sitting in the liquid. Then again, I liked the mushy subs in grammar school wrapped in saran wrap that were prepared that morning. Unique mixing of flavors. So, I’m weird. :)
