it’s as they say – it’s not what happens to you, it’s your response to it. So if you can stop, choose your response and not just say “it’s okay” but actually mean it through and through – as if to say, “You know, it really *is* okay.” – then you’ve succeeded. Takes lots and lots of practice. the more stress you have in your life, the more chances you get to practice not being stressed. “
