Played solo hoops for about 2

^Played solo hoops for about 2 1/2 hrs this morning. (just 'around the world') – i can feel it in my leg muscles – feels like I did 30 leg presses in a row – a good 'strong' feeling. Guess that's my personal theme — get exercise. gotta combat the 'good eats' happening from thanksgiving through new years any way I can. Positive thinking, positive movement.^
