Paul Follows So I continued with this notion of “noticing moments” – each interaction with anything is a moment – and their interactions with other things is their moments – a symphony at some scales, cacophony at other scales, all depending where the cutoff of the noticing is. The cutoff makes the difference – and it can be “all cutoff” if one chooses, allowing no moments their salience. So I continued with the notion; the notion of EVENTS being interactions, interactions occur across spacetime – throw spaghetti to the wall and maybe some would stick. So, on March 23, 2014, I made 195 6 second Vines set to music, all in a row, over a 8-9 hour period I think, naming every nation on earth at the time and its capital city… six seconds of my time spent with each. I did the US States shoutouts a few weeks later on 4/6/2014 also set to music – mostly EDM. Ended up being a total of about 25 minutes, 6 seconds recorded at a time – but since each Vine took some set up of music, typing the information in, uploading it, etc, that’s why it took so many hours each time.
