For example, I’ve known that the McDonald’s Mcdouble or double cheeseburger is one of the most nutrition dense, affordable foods on the planet that is mass produced and easily available.

One of the very odd findings from global organizations that track these things.

but yesterday i was happy to figure out that it becomes even more nutrition dense if I order it plain, without cheese, no added salt, extra onion and don’t eat the bun.

It might look like sad food. but we found it fascinating.
