ooky stuff, but the human rights angle, hence this is the stuff I was reading in 2014 about it. It’s not that the Council of Europe was necessarily good but they were certainly better than what ICANN was doing, whether from negligence or malfeasance So, for me, human rights is king and is the angle I come at it from.
