One question I ask myself frequently is:
Who am I serving right now?

It helps sort out *why* I’m doing what I’m doing. I might be doing something a certain way because an Aunt told me I should do things that way when I was 7.

Or perhaps a bad experience ‘taught me’ to do things a certain way.

Or perhaps I’m afraid my friends will laugh at me if I *don’t do it*. [like: if I don’t go to work, I don’t make money, I lose my job and go on social support… they’ll laugh at me and think I’m less of a man]. So I’m doing it for them.
