ok ok ok this blew me away because MY WHOLE LIFE i figured I was EITHER ADD (Inattentive ADHD) or Aspergers/”high functioning” autistic/ASD or some kind of both – and one of the reasons was THE EYE contact problem. It’s like sensory overload – feeling TOO MUCH coming in all at once. Never had a problem with cats or kids. But with most adults, it’s hard. To see it’s common inattentive ADHD tells me: a bunch of us have multiple things -OR MAYBE – it’s a part of inattentive ADHD.
