Ok. Imagine a writer that can create characters and scenarios in their mind. Each character follows various tropes and has certain manners and ways. There’s a variety of characters, each different from one another, and each have interaction patterns with each other. Imagine that’s the filter through which you view the world. Then somebody comes along whose script you don’t know and can’t read, whose interaction patterns are foreign because their way of thinking is one you’d never considered or even know much about.

It’s nuanced in spectrums and there’s room for MOST people to fit. But I have some blind spots, some cognitive difficulties.

Yeah, I tend to for example have difficulty between people who are what’s considered centrist to people who are more further right as they share a lot of similar human and mannerisms.
Not officially. But wouldn’t be shocked. “Aspies” always claim me as one of their own. I relate well to autistic people. But I also relate well to people with ADHD and other similar things. I’m pretty sure at this point I ‘m what’s called “Inattentive ADHD” with autism (or some kind), which explains the hybrid issues.

hyperfocus is how I knew I had ADHD as that’s one of the less common symptoms of it. But hyperfocus is ALSO common in autism. Hence the overlapping. And in my case, I think it’s a coping mechanism

I was always attracted to speedy things. Loved acid, etc. I’d probably have had fewer social issues if I was on ritilan but then there’s other things I’d not have been doing instead, so I don’t really think about that
Ah, yes. Well, this is my domain. Very controlled domain. I can control pacing here. In 1-to-1 interactions, one can to a lesser degree. and in groups, there’s no controlling pacing.
