Ok. I’m thinking more in terms of putting metaphors in their proper space in a hierarchy: My thinking is such: Since humans created computers out of non human parts to do processes resembling what we believed theoretically was similar to “how thinking works” using theories that we created using subsets of our brains, it’s unlikely we will be able to recreate human brains in this fashion because no matter how fancy, the computers will remain products of a thinking process – not the thinking process itself, which a thinking process cannot access directly.
