Ok! I think I understand better. I believe that I was researching the Schmicker name in 2018. I came across a family GEDCOM geneology file which contained 25,000 people including “Eisenburger” but also some “Schmicker” as well. It had their marriages and children and where they were born etc. It seemed like such a wonderful resource so I wanted to share it with FamilySearch and so I learned how to upload a GEDCOM file and contribute a “Pedigree Resource File”. It seems valuable because many of the names were NOT yet in FamilySearch. But, I do not know what website or database that I got the information from. I will start looking for it if it still exists. Websites come and go but I knew familysearch would stay around for a long time so that is why I wanted to put it in there to help others.
