Oh this is painful. I’m pedantic but this hurts. But it’s worth it. Thank you for inspiration here.

Going to look at that table too and see if there’s hits.

Supplementary Table 4. Associated haplotypes at 3q21.3.

What’s hard is that 23andme and all of them do a limited set of sequencing: the full Genome from a service company is like $1000+ I think. But it’s amazing just how far you can go with it.

 Love this stuff. Uploading my 23andme to http://codegen.eu is great — working with gedmatch is fantastic – and yet I never thought to just open up the text file myself. Probably because I don’t fully understand the nomenclature, although it’s getting easier.
====
 Ok, I checked 23andme’s raw dna search feature and it matches the text file.rs7433900 3 128240954 GG on text
and looks like this on 23andme. So, I’ll switch to 23andme’s pretty view.

 I didn’t know they had that til now. it’s nice. It also clarifies this “location” business I guess there are many names for the same gene location. Probably as it’s included in several sets for different kinds of analysis.another hit on that chr 3 supplemental table 4:

 when I see the negative gene info I remind myself of epigenetics, I drink a glass of water and take a Zinc :

On the handy list of “related disorders” in that document, I used 23andme’s search and I got ALL of these for ADHD.

 I’m going to close that document after that. I wa
I’ll look it up later though. I feel far better equipped to work with this stuff than I ever did before. Thank you again!!
