Gives the appearance of “grass roots” but the funding chain is easy to find and it’s deep pockets. Community institutions unravel when funding dries up; and who controls the funding and who has had control of funding? And as far as families? I don’t know what “unraveling families” would mean. I’ve heard the same dull “50% of marriages end in divorce” with the blame pointed to feminism since I was a boy and I think that 40 year old “statistics” and excuse has been used ever since.
