Authority figures usually promote “not fighting” – whatever the cause of the fight – because it usually gets in the way of getting things done. Bickering usually becomes an endless circle and in a workplace environment it draws away from productivity.

    Assertion of control and redirection – You’ll see it a lot in comedy too. Mocking feminist activism, gay activism and black activism are three I’ve seen my whole life.
    look at the funny clothes they wear and the funny things they say. aren’t they so emotional unlike us rational people? it’s funny how they get so emotional.
    and all that does it deflect from the message they’re bringing across
