man, I love cheese. can’t get enough of the stuff. if they tell me to eat more cheese, I’ve got no prob with that. But you gotta make sure you eat fruit/vegs/fiber (like oats) because too much cheese is definitely “binding” (went atkins once, 12 yrs ago for a year – had to add a pear a day to keep things ‘moving along’) “
