Now there’s an explanation for the sudden dramatic change around 2010.
There was unsustainable growth in a very short period of time that resulted in a catastrophic collapse in the real estate market here.
The Naples and Las Vegas NV areas both had the greatest real estate builds which resulted in the greatest crashes.
I don’t know how Las Vegas recuperated from 2009.
we are slowly recuperating here.
But the massive influx of people into Naples is no more.
There’s increase but it’s simply reaching a growth capacity limit.
We can only widen the roads so much.
There’s room for slight growth.
But the days of big open spaces with lots of wide roads to be built have passed long ago here.
