Now that I’m more awake it looks like I wrote this in a framework of viewing the mind-as-computer which i try to avoid but its handy.
Symbolic mind even more has had my ire through the years – Chomsky’s linguistics and such.
They didn’t approach mathematics this way I don’t think. Just language.
So putting mathematics itself on a what looks like sparsely populated spreadsheet in the brain is something a bit different than that I think.
