..there is legally ONE person there until it can be separated into TWO people. At that point, they can be separated.
Oh it’s not about feelings. It’s about property.
You are owned by the State you are born in. You are its property until you rescind your citizenship.
You are allotted some level of autonomy by the state and its laws. The state determines Personhood as a legal entity. This is the level I’m working on, not feelies
  There you go. And that’s an issue because it removes the illusion of autonomy granted by the state for a certain class of people which is a reminder of the jeopardy all classes of people are in when this happens.

 David Knaphus It is because murder is perfectly acceptable in the USA by certain people for certain reasons and it’s usually not called murder but something else.

That’s not saying that it taking an RU-486 pill 8 weeks after to encourage the body to miscarry is murder; i don’t think it is – but even if it were, the US regularly calls murder by many other names just fine
