Nice thing about the “little to big” way or the “inside to outward” way is that it’s manageable and creates a “new” from within.

Do you slap a coat of pain on it (external) or do you start fixing crumbling foundation, make sure the wiring isn’t going to lead to a fire in the future, stuff like that?

Both can be useful of course. But with a strong inside, the outside automatically gains strength.
