ng prepackaged or eating out.

Our generation can thank Dr. Bill Cosby for that one when he tried to justify giving his kids chocolate cake for breakfast :) I let myself openly have two very bad things – cigarettes and powdered non-dairy creamer (I try to gross myself about it sometimes, but it doesn’t stop me) Otherwise, I shoot for 100% whole wheat, splenda, salads, trying to get a relatively balanced protein/carb/fat/fiber at each eating. (if I have a cracker, I have cheese. Try to have more meat/vegs than pasta/bread, try to remember breakfast, etc, avoid white flour/white sugar when possible, etc). Excess fat/salt is probably the hardest thing to avoid when eating prepackaged or eating out. “
