Need examples for C as phrases like “collectivist guilt” don’t compute and “identity group” is too vague.

Researching “collectivist guilt” (a new phrase to me). First instance I find is 1999.

So I switch to “collective guilt”. That has hits. Apparently started by Jung.

Still not computing. I’m looking at your OP:

libertarian
Christian conservative
liberal

are three examples of group identity.

So, you must be implying a lot that I’m not seeing.

“If you’re against free-speech, you’re probably not the liberal you claim to be – since individual liberty and self expression is in conflict with the collective barring of rhetoric against specific identity groups.”

Ok. This rhetoric is collectively barred in Florida, USA, resulting in an arrest:

“Dear bms students I will be shooting that skool [sic] up September 3 2019 be ready say your goodbyes to you’re [sic] family because that is finel [sic]…Goodluck (; be ready,”

“bms students” is an identity group and this was rhetoric-against.

Is Florida wrong for this arrest?
