Neat trick that works for muscle

^Neat trick that works for muscle spasms (leg cramps, tight back): While in the middle or at the start or any time during a spasm, pinch the skin across your nose for 5-10 seconds. Or the bridge of your nose. Or the space just under the nose. read it this morning – legs spasming since i got up – and "whoomp" gone. THEN I coughed, which sent ripples of spasms up the back. I thought quickly to pinch my nose, and it stopped them instantly. Wish i had found this trick out days ago, but I'm happy it works.^
