Very true – and that’s just what the idea is about. When I first heard of the idea years ago, it scared the heck out of me and I thought, “No no – I can change – I’m not trapped in the same pattern.” and it worked. Many times in my life remembering this helped me break free of my routines and do new things, start good habits instead of bad. Life is constant renewel, so long as you don’t become a slave to your routine. Routines aren’t bad – as long as you’re conscious of them so that you can change them when necessary. “
