My temples hurt for DECADES with glasses until I started ordering from Zenni online about 10 years ago: the width of your head matters. But eyeglass stores don’t usually bother to tell you that. It’s only when I had to measure my head myself that I discovered I was wearing the wrong sized glasses over and over and over again and nobody told me.

It’s 100% the fix for you. Measure the width of your head. Then measure the width of your current frames.

Also, I have a high prescription. It’s nice NOT paying $300-400 for glasses anymore and instead paying $25-30.

Even if you keep going to fashionable eyeglass places, ask them to measure your head and ONLY show you glasses that fit your head.

I had the same experience. Most eyeglass places in the USA will adjust your frames for you, even if you didn’t buy them there.

They’ll also clean them for you for free. Just ask them. They want a future customer, so they do it.
