My Gov’s admin did a sneaky thing right after he got into office: “No county, city or local ordinance can stop you from having a front yard garden”. Sounds great right? Boo hiss to the communities not allowing a front yard tomato plant because neighbors don’t like the smell of manure. But… it wasn’t about the gardens. And once they opened that door, they have used the new found ability to cross county, city, local ordinances and declare them null and void, no matter what it is. Mind you, there is a time for that. But, like you I generally LIKE the tussle of levels. But… not nonsense.
