My fingers have been falling off correcting people about this. They usually go “haha, narrow win 7-2” – and of course hyperbole from headlines don’t help. But yes, it was a nothing basically. The Colorado Civil Rights Commission was inconsistent in their ruling in this case, as other cases with bakers and messages came out differently and in this case ,they were excessively harsh about religion. It really had nothing to do with the bakers or the couple at all.
