Movies aimed at kids tend to focus on ghostly things like “values” rather than hard concrete “This is a movie about how people who make money get to the point where they are making money”.
So if you look up “inspirational movies for kids” you get selections like these, some of which can be abstractedly related to positive business “values” but nothing that’s as direct and straightforward as you’re looking for.
I’m trying to think of a time when they might have had kids movies that were about success in business, but it’s hard I think since kids can’t have bank accounts, any business they start up can be taken over by their parents or contracts nullified, so I guess there’s little point in making kids movies for things they won’t even able to do anything about for many many years to come.
Of course this isn’t what you asked…. but I like trying to figure out “why something is hard to find” when something is hard to find.
Usual inspirational kids movies with change the world values don’t usually have “by creating a business and making a lot of money” although I *think* there were a few kids movies in the 80s and early 90s along those lines thinking back. I might have a list of a few if I can remember them.
