Most media is chaotic. Constant change daily. Mainstream, youtube, podcasts, take your pick. A consistent theme betrays the leanings. But “apparatus of propaganda” is more the realm of Public Relations (Washington DC, any politician anywhere really), corporate communications, marketing, etc. Too busy for “agendas”, although podcasters and youtubers usually have the free time. And Facebookers.
