^Mom's looking great. She's going to physical therapy four times a day – yesterday I visited, she was sorting her clothes on the bed, free-standing and walking back and forth like normal and suddenly said, "Oh, my walker – I forgot it over there – could you get it for me?" – that means she *can* stand and walk and just has to strengthen up and regain confidence. Knee surgury, with good rehab, really is a miracle.^
