^Mom's in surgery now. They expect it to take about 1 hr 45 mins. In the waiting room, they have a TV screen which has each of the patients (identified by a secret number) that says what stage of the operation they're at. It's been saying "Pre-Op" and now it says, "Surgery – in progress". With that, the great vbedside manner and the wifi, so far I'm impressed by North Collier Hospital. :: fingers crossed ::^
