Mike Jittlov. In the days before Internet and computer special effects, this guy did everything by hand. He turned this idea into a full movie, all by himself; released in 1988. The Wizard of Speed and Time was an instant cult (nerd) classic. He drew the special fx on the movie frames himself with his hands. He could write VERY VERY VERY small.
