mental health is important. I did a similar thing with TV in 2013. I only watch Doctor Who when it comes out which is rare or with other people
I don’t have “shows that I watch” anymore
but I plan to go back.
I just haven’t since 2013.
Online, it’s a different story for me because I communicate more effectively in this environment.
it’s two-way and despite the annoying broadcasting of excess, I navigate for the payoff of moments of nice communication with people.
