oh! I’ve been looking for this. A proper memory chip would exhibit a hysteresis effect and I was banking on CMOS chips (NOR instead of NAND chips, Parallel instead of Serial) to do it.
These “Memristors” are just the thing. They introduce defects in order to create memory pooling. Imperfections in just the right places. Love it. Yup – I think they’re on the right track for sure. Nice!
