My exposure to immunology is very limited. It’s limited to my interest a few years ago about how our metaphor of “key and lock” for T-cells is flawed as the actual encountering events are far more rapid and haphazard than a key and lock scenario. It can be construed as a kind of memory but as a shape memory like spring steel rather than a mysterious process.
That’s all I remember about T-cells.
