I don’t mind not knowing an evaluation order
Black box is okay
But I’ve been in discussions with logicians (or people who believe they are), who seem to imply that it simply works because of its nature
And that’s something – that kind of essence way of looking at things – is always hard for me to wrap my brain around.
I mean we have goals and there’s desired outcomes and there’s multiple paths to get to certain outcomes but there’s always paths even if we don’t see what they are
Of course it’s good to not have to worry about the procedures and just focus on the functions
It’s an outcome based way of thinking and it does free up the mind
