User’s Manual: Descriptions of a completed information system in terms that users can understand as well as instructions regarding the use of the information system.
Programmers Manual: descriptions of all the program development work that took place during a systems development program
Operators’ Manual: descriptions of all the operations procedures required in running an information system.”
