Kenneth Udut Kenneth Udut 1.5 hrs after waking up. That’s “in total”, so if I get interupted in that 1.5 hr period, it takes me “longer”. Once I get “my 1.5 hrs”, I’m at peak. At 45 mins I can function ok.

I eat pace. My pace. If the pace is too fast or too slow, I’m at somebody else’s pace and out of sync with myself. In sync with myself and I can do anything. Out of sync with myself and I’ll get things done but it feels like waste, even if it looks like accomplishment.

You’ll get two just for asking. I had to shuffle my brain to see what of many overlapping songs were stuck in my phonological loop and two asserted most strongly. Different paces but both have their places.

I have other faster paces but these are good for now.

  Looked it up:
Wish you were here is 56 BPM
Mr. Blue Sky is 180 BPM

Researched about 4 yrs ago to find my pace. It’s multiples or fractions of 270 BPM.(Could be considered 810 bpm but it’s really 270 bpm with triplets)

Wish you were here always seemed just a hair fast but it was a good enough slow speed. Now that I know it’s 56 bpm, 270/5 = 54 bpm, so now I have my answer to a lifelong mystery about that song for me.

[now I’m going it in audacity, slow it, and see if Wish you were here at 54 bpm is more satisfying to my sense of timing… or if I even notice] Testing hypothesis:
