Give them the opportunity to Be awed and inspired

I just noticed, it took the whole two seconds for me to come back to that thing I was thinking about. Now, I wonder, the two seconds of autotrain memory, was it filled with silence?

attention is like music. You’re having a good time and suddenly something from the outside comes in smashing your peaceful moment and then something else awful follows that. Then you have to deal with either frustration or accomplishment before you can go back to your butterflies and dancing.
