It’s owned by the United States first.
Then it is owned by a successive layers like an onion.
This includes not the airspace and not owning below a certain number of feet in the ground.
This includes not having Mining rights under my property.
I’m limited to what I can put in the soil.
I am restricted by local state and federal government on what I can build.
I have to be careful what frequencies I use in airwaves.
