James H.W. In America nobody owns property. It’s owned by the United States first. Then it is owned by a successive layers like an onion. This includes not the airspace and not owning below a certain number of feet in the ground. This includes not having Mining rights under my property. I’m limited to what I can put in the soil. I am restricted by local state and federal government on what I can build. I have to be careful what frequencies I use in airwaves. How many of these things can you do? What situations can cause someone else to take away your land legally? If so, you do not own your land and never did. Your title is conditional
