I’ve been wanting since I was a kid, a tiny completely flat tapping keyboard. It probably exists. I’ve seen apps but it’s not the same. If you ever come across, I want to know of it.

That has potential. Thought about those projector keyboards. I’m waiting for them to be built-in and cheap to try. Is that the one that’s a little projection cube? I’m trying not to get too excited about it because then I might have to buy it.

Yeah I thought of gloves too. I *think* I saw somebody make MIDI input gloves years ago with sensor buttons but maybe it was my imagination.

We probably have had the same kinds of inventions in mind, hoping that somebody somewhere will just invent it and make it work

lol our minds really WERE beating to the same drummer / on the same track at the same moment πŸ˜›

Yeah, I can picture one that has sensors all over the place. Like, the places where your fingertips touch the inside of your hands, – or imagine joint sensors that can tell if you’re extending or closing your fingers… the possibilities are tremendous.

these are interesting – looks older thought: RS-232 connection! WOW… that throws me back although it’s still technically standard – and easy to work with if I remember right.

14 sensors. Not bad

I remember this crap they promised in the 80s. Of course they gave it to the bad guy. But I’ve been watching on and off through the years. I had a wrist-holder for my Handspring Visor (same idea as Palm Pilot) back in 2000 although it was more awkward to use but it looked awesome and got oo and ahh from people.

I loved that handspring visor. You can see my ancient review for the Thumboard back in 2001 here on a younger Amazon.

At the time I predicted touch screens would take off and that everybody would be typing with their thumbs.

It wasn’t a hard prediction to make though. It was just logical.

But I never expected smartphones to be as powerful as they became. That was nice.
