I’ve been debating about it. I looked at references to _Wholeness and the Implicate Order_ as I would for any book or scientific paper, to see its impact and on which fields. And… most of the influence, once you get beyond the late 1980s, has been mostly in fields other than physics, typically being used as a metaphor in business, psychology, sociology, religion, etc at first glance. I had a love affair with standing waves a while back – and I suppose I still do, as I seem to be hovering around this set of strange attractors. But maybe it’s just what I need.
