Stop blaming the parties.
Stop blaming the voters.
It really is the cats.Who supports the mice?https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mouseland
Ok, I see what you’re saying now.
No, I’m not a fatalist about voting at all.
My point is: Chose wisely. It could be a different kind of cat (trading Washington politics for Business politics is still politics with different players) or a cat with a mouse committee. If you’re very lucky, you may even be able to vote for a proper mouse.
Myself? I want a mouse who speaks cat, as cats have the upper paw.
First politician I EVER pushed for is Andrew Gillum. To me, he is a mouse that speaks fluent cat, a mouse who knows how to behave like an alley cat when needed, but reminds the cats how to be a proper house cat by example.
His Lieutenant Gov is a cat, a business cat, but as a business cat he has long been welcomed by the mice.
Could Gillum turn into a cat? Possibly. But so far, all signs have been that he’s a wise mouse who knows the ways of the cat rather than a cat with a mouse tail.
